Ive lived her for almost 2 yrs and the management has changed 3 times now There is black mold all through out my apt and the last maintenance man just painted over it There is a real bad roach infestation in all the buildings and they dont do anythi Ive lived her for almost 2 yrs and the management has changed 3 times now There is black mold all through out my apt and the last maintenance man just painted over it There is a real bad roach infestation in all the buildings and they dont do anything about it The fire alarm goes off when it wants We had sprinklers put in last month but they arent connected to anything just another way for the roaches to get in They turn off the water at least 3 times a month then you have to run your water for hours till its not brown anymore And we pay for our water here ourselves Each building has a water bill and the tenants split it There is a daycare in my building now and the water bill went from 60 bucks to 130 bucks a month now nRENTERS BEWAREnDO NOT APPLY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT ROACHES BLACK MOLD BROWN WATER AND AN ANGRY LEASING STAFF more ... hide ...

My roommate and I were satisfied with staying here up until management changed Were scheduled to move out in the middle of the month so our rent was cheaper than the normal monthly rent We payed what we were told to pay for the month and then we rece My roommate and I were satisfied with staying here up until management changed Were scheduled to move out in the middle of the month so our rent was cheaper than the normal monthly rent We payed what we were told to pay for the month and then we receive an eviction notice because we didnt pay the full rent Were moving out before the month is over but they expect us to pay the full months rent This could also all be solved by keeping the office open during business hours but every time we go to the office when theyre supposed to be open theyre closed Maybe update the business hours online We work we cant camp outside and wait for management to come back Save yourself some time and dont live here more ... hide ...

As a first time renter my husband I had to settle for this place The place was clean and nice when we first got in We saw a roach Red Flag But thought whatever its just one The two three A whole damn family of them till this very day Bug contr As a first time renter my husband I had to settle for this place The place was clean and nice when we first got in We saw a roach Red Flag But thought whatever its just one The two three A whole damn family of them till this very day Bug control never came to spray down the house so of course my husband and I have to kill all day everyday spray clean 2 to 3 times a day and still more roaches and oh dont forget there are SCORPIONS even found one in my bed I have two little babies one who walks and one who crawls I shouldnt have to kick them out the kitchen because of roaches These apartments are infested to the max You almost want to forget about cleaning Why do we pay 800 for something so nasty And the appliances are so old school Mold builds up like crazy And summer time prepare for the BIG ROACHES they come right in with no problem My advice to anybody reading this look at the rating believe and find something nice and clean its amazing rating from recent Im blessed to say this is our last month more ... hide ...
