I rented a washer and dryer from the complex The washer stopped draining water I put in a maintenance request and 8 months later its still broken They have yet to replace or fix the washer Its been 80 degrees all week and my air has been out all week I rented a washer and dryer from the complex The washer stopped draining water I put in a maintenance request and 8 months later its still broken They have yet to replace or fix the washer Its been 80 degrees all week and my air has been out all week I put in a work order 3 days ago They finally came to check it out after sitting in the office all day they told me the motor was broken and they wont be able to fix it until Thursday next week The maintenance man also almost passed out I had to sit him down and give him bottled water Its 89 degrees in my apartment They was suppose to put in a window unit until it got fixed 5 days later and they have not upheld their end Im having to stay in an hotel tonight due to the heat and the fact that I do not have family here The pool nor gym has been open in 2 years The gate has never worked This isnt a gated community The apartments are very outdated 310 more ... hide ...
