This place deserves a rating of negative ten or below. Service is non-existent, employees only care about getting paid, and they can be incredibly rude. The grounds are always filthy, though they claim to have litter bag stations with bags and trash This place deserves a rating of negative ten or below. Service is non-existent, employees only care about getting paid, and they can be incredibly rude. The grounds are always filthy, though they claim to have litter bag stations with bags and trash cans throughout the property; this is false as there are only three of these stations near buildings with no bags or cans for waste. I have seen the same bag of poop in one spot for four months! My neighbors are decent people but the office is never open and maintenance requests don't get fulfilled. When I moved in my apartment wasn't ready even after lawyers got involved; two months later hardly anything has been done. There was also supposed to be a plumber coming by to look into our water situation but that hasn't happened yet either. They charge hefty fees just for paying bills--I would suggest living anywhere else!more ...hide ...
