It was after hours, and when they called the one that was on duty, they were told to empty their pockets without being given a reason. My wife went up there to see why they were being stopped and was told by the security guard, Mr. Jones, that it was because it was private property. She asked where the trespass and private property signs were, but he refused to tell her, so she walked around the entire complex videotaping to see if any signs were present. The only signs that she saw were for no alcohol beverages and no loud music at the gate. Mr. Jones was quite rude and unprofessional. She called the leasing office today, but the property manager refused to get on the phone and told her to call back at noon. When she tried to call back, she was told to speak to her lawyer, which we are doing today to file a complaint with the courthouse against the apartment complex and the property manager, Kenoa York. The manager would not let her employees give out the corporate office number, though we can find it another way.
