I left a pretty bad review the first time I moved in and I probably was a little harsh I didnt move in under great circumstances However Since the review the management has stepped up the care and improvements since I arrived We got a new BarBQue PavI left a pretty bad review the first time I moved in and I probably was a little harsh I didnt move in under great circumstances However Since the review the management has stepped up the care and improvements since I arrived We got a new BarBQue Pavilion with nice fireplaces Plus the parking lot was replaced and we got energy efficient appliances which I truly appreciate Maint Team is awesome Everytime I put in a work order one of the guys come through and fixed it almost the same day I like that they keep the same friendly faces so you know whos coming and going around the lofts This was my first apartment after losing my home in a fire two years ago I stayed as long as I did because I loved the scenery around the lofts maint does an amazing job on the lawns and such Plus the big windows sold me and open floor space Every place has its good and bad just learn to love your homemore ...hide ...

Very friendly management and if youre looking for a traditional Bingo this is the place to go Also they serve wonderful food and its a real friendly environment

Go somewhere else. This apartment isnt so bad, but its in the middle of the hood and crime is HIGH in the area. Cars are constantly getting broken into, shots are fired often and theres always stolen vehicles in the paGo somewhere else. Cars are constantly getting broken into, shots are fired often and theres always stolen vehicles in the parking lot. Parts of it are Section 8, so youre getting what you pay for. The walls are paper thin all around, Im pretty sure maintenance just gave up doing anything inside the apartments, Ive never seen the pool open, the dog park gate is always broken and the trash areas are always a mess. Cars are always blaring music and sirens are always going off due to the crime and nearby hospital. The apartments arent air tight so you can feel the breeze come through and bugs fill the kitchen area. Oh and lets not forget that the apartment gives discounts to people that give it a 5 star review. The neighbors are nice, thats about it though.more ...hide ...
