I would give this place zero stars if I could. Despite my attempts to be patient, they have not been able to provide a solution. When I arrived, the apartment did not even have a sink and the toilets in two bedrooms were leaning, not to mention smoke detectors that were still not installed. Everyone in the office is polite, but their actions indicate otherwise. I've paid rent every month on time, yet they have still failed to deliver. The toilet and sink were finally repaired last month, as well as a microwave that wasn't connected. Without a smoke detector, and this month they changed the rental system, forcing me to pay extra for money orders for rent. I even had to guess what the rent would be since the portal didn't show that information. I would not wish this place on my worst enemy and I am not renewing my lease. The only thing that brings me joy is that my sister and her kids are my neighbors. more ... hide ...
