I've been living here for roughly five years and I really like it. The manager is amazing and always friendly when I call or drop in. She's very helpful in helping me understand how to use the residential website. I can't speak for everyone's experieI've been living here for roughly five years and I really like it. I can't speak for everyone's experience here, but I don't have any big issues. Whenever something does come up, she's always quick to respond. Glynith is an incredibly kind person; even though I'm an older woman who can be cantankerous sometimes, she remains so sweet. There are things out of the manager's control, like garbage being left on the street, which is something we should be teaching our kids not to do - to respect other people and not to litter. Let's keep our neighbourhood safe and clean by cleaning up after ourselves. Tenants (and children) who misbehave should be given three chances, then they're out. We pay too much in rent to feel unsafe, and I'm not moving. Lastly, I want to thank Maintenance for fixing my air conditioner so quickly; I put in the work order on 6/7 and he was here by 6/8. Recently moved in and I must say since the first day I walked in Glynis has been AMAZING Very welcoming patient and helpful The property is clean and quiet Only reason I gave 4 stars is because the new hire in the office
