7/7/21 Update: We obtained the keys to start moving in! Though there was some miscommunication during the process, we are thankful and grateful to be moving in. We are reverting to giving them five stars!!! 6/18/21 UPDATE: We had a conversation with someone in the office who told us that Danielle is away until next week, so we will not know anything until Tuesday of next week. 6/18/21: We are becoming a bit concerned as we have not received any answers regarding a move in date. The last contact was on Monday and we were informed that our application was complete, approved and sent to Danielle's manager for the final approval, but that individual was away for two days, returning on Thursday 6/17. We called yesterday and left a voicemail for someone to return our call, but we have not yet heard back. We hope that this is just a misunderstanding and we can restore the five star review we had initially given.Original Post: We have been dealing with Danielle regarding any openings they may have. She has been very accommodating and understood that we need to move quickly. We were able to submit the application online and we are waiting for confirmation. We look forward to moving! I applied for an appointmentand was approved I was later informed that I didnt qualify because I was over the limit I called back the next day and ask about my 100 application fee but no one picked up the phone
