This place is horrible They are very very controlled as to they must know who visits why they visit and when a visitor is planning on leaving Their apartment floor plan layout is ridiculous with most of your storagecloset space outside on a balcony
I dont live there but I have been helping a family member try to deal with the landlord for close to a year now My brother is the caretaker for our mother There is medical documentation she needs him there She tried to get him kicked out for having vI dont live there but I have been helping a family member try to deal with the landlord for close to a year now My brother is the caretaker for our mother There is medical documentation she needs him there She tried to get him kicked out for having visitors She told him as a live in caretaker he isnt allowed to have visitors at all In the QA for this place they say your kids basically arent allowed to use the playground during play dates and after all this Im not surprised She rarely if ever gets anything fixed yet during inspections she will tell them how they should clean and organize the apartment My brother was told to move his TV because she simply didnt like it where it was She went through their mail to try to say they had unauthorized tenants We had to get the police involved because the regional manager is her friendso basically dont expect any help there We are trying to get them out of there as soon as they can afford to move If I could have her fired for harassment I would be ecstaticmore ...hide ...
Income based housing The rules to live there are a bit ridiculous And because of some of them children are rarely seen outsidenThe good thing is the cost to live there is not that high

Mark the director is not a nice man he will not listen to nothing you have to say they don€™t care if you are right be careful renting from this housing authority. They adjusted my rent more than it was supposed to be and had to get that back to what it was supposed to be and are bad about fixing things in the apartments!more ...hide ...
