My sister lives here they need better handicap apartments closer to the parking area for her Other than that which is my opinion its a great place to live she have been there about 20 years
Just visited a friend Nice set up of Apartments right off main Calhoun drag in town Close to Walmart Ingles and all other places thereincluding places to eat
I have 3 kids and we are about to have to leave this place which is only a 2 bedroom trailer with one room that we can use really I039m going through a separation after 14 years straight with my kids dad so I039ll be a single mom for the first time ever I desperately need a 3 bedroom I am not on section 8 but I am trying to figure out how to get approved for low income or subsidized housing i would be needing this apartment in the next 2 or 3 months

I live here, I love my home and the manager and maintenance man. Otherwise its best to be careful who you talk to. A few over the top gossips. She tells me that there was an eviction on my background for something besides non-payment and she tells me that I will have to despute it. I told her that the only eviction I have is for non-payment and I still have the paperwork the constable brought me that says non-payment and she tells me theres nothing she can do. Me and my kids are on the street. She couldnt even point me in the direction to get it fixed so me and kids wont be on the street. The manger definitely has her favorites.more ...hide ...
Lived here for the past 7 years. The grounds are well keep and inviting . Apartment are large We choose this property because it€™s a 55 and older community, no children.
