I don't even live here or have a family member here, yet I still have an unpleasant experience. I was delivering food from DoorDash to one of the residents, and as a Certified Nursing Assistant, I knew I shouldn't enter the building without a mask. II don't even live here or have a family member here, yet I still have an unpleasant experience. I was delivering food from DoorDash to one of the residents, and as a Certified Nursing Assistant, I knew I shouldn't enter the building without a mask. I followed protocol and tried calling the office from the phone pad outside the entrance, but I just got ringing for minutes on end. Eventually, someone from an insurance team wearing a red shirt came and let me in, guiding me to someone who could help. Upon arriving at the office, I was immediately rushed without even having a chance to walk into the room. The person said I shouldn't have been in the building in the first place, and that I should have called again, even though I had done so already. I left, but I can't help but wonder how they treat the residents. I work in healthcare, so I know the kind of people who act one way in front of visitors and another behind closed doors. It seemed like they were showing a family around, but they were still unhelpful and rude. I hope the people living here are being taken care of properly.more ...hide ...
