My aunt lived in these apartmentsThey were nice when she first moved in A few years agoThis year Shes sick and needing to move out and we are having a difficult timeTrying to clear her estate she have Dimension so she evidently threw the keys away it My aunt lived in these apartmentsThey were nice when she first moved in A few years agoThis year Shes sick and needing to move out and we are having a difficult timeTrying to clear her estate she have Dimension so she evidently threw the keys away its hard for us to get into her apartment a couple of times the staff allowed it now theyre giving us a hard time So difficult trying to ask them to allow us to get and clean her apartment She had bed bugs they bit her badly and I reported it to the manager she didnt believe me and threatened to call the police on me Ms Pat didnt help my aunt at all I suffered from them to visiting her and now this management is mean more ... hide ...

When I first moved in it was great Now this past year it has really gone down hill and fast Its not so much management but the disrespectful residents who break their lease by constantly smoking in their apartments If its not cigarettes its marijuana When I first moved in it was great Now this past year it has really gone down hill and fast Its not so much management but the disrespectful residents who break their lease by constantly smoking in their apartments If its not cigarettes its marijuana which affects my breathing and my sleep because of the odor Management sent out a very weak letter to tell them to stop which was to no avail I guess management will do something when they set the residents set the building on fire Not a great community more ... hide ...

I have lived here for 13 years For the most part Ive enjoyed it Theres a very high turnover in management over the past 5 years Thats when things started to go south The outside of the building is well kept its inside where the problem s aren Its I have lived here for 13 years For the most part Ive enjoyed it Theres a very high turnover in management over the past 5 years Thats when things started to go south The outside of the building is well kept its inside where the problem s aren Its a beautiful structure but very little is the being done to maintain it Things that need repair are neglected Theres no AC in the hallways with the exception of the first floor Work orders are not being done in a timely manner more ... hide ...

Poperty manager not pro active or sensitive to residents needs Pool unusable for 2 years Building bug infested Car break ins Appliances very old List goes on
