Mrs. Karen, the manager, is amazing. She takes the time to listen to all issues, is polite and kind, and has great knowledge of the world. She also has a strong faith in her Savior. Shonte goes beyond what is expected of her; as a disabled veteran, IMrs. Karen, the manager, is amazing. Shonte goes beyond what is expected of her; as a disabled veteran, I have many pain issues and she will get my mail at my request when she has time. She is the most professional and sweetest young lady I have ever encountered. When I go to the office, she gives me candy, chips, and water. Chantelle, the secretary, is also wonderful and kind. She always greets me with a big smile, and politely asks how she can help me before directing me to where I need to go or getting the answer to my question. She has a constant grin while doing this. The maintenance employees are also very nice and professional, and willing to answer questions. Overall, the staff at the Vineyards gives me a feeling of being at home, even though many of us are from different parts of the United States in pursuit of our dreams in Atlanta. I highly recommend you contact them.
