After I followed up three times, I had the impression that they were avoiding me, particularly because the manager seemed reluctant to investigate when I asked. My frustration and annoyance in my calls and emails finally provoked a genuine response from them (they couldn't give me the evidence as the camera angle didn't show the spaces in the parking lot, only the door). I have observed that the employees can be quite rude; this is possibly because the office staff are mainly students. Nevertheless, the place is quite nice for the price. I especially appreciate the rooftop and gym. It is also quite quiet for student housing. I moved here believing it would be safer after my car window was smashed in October, but this incident has made me doubt that.
