So far very very unimpressed We requested an application and after not receiving one I tried calling the leasing office four times the same day Later that day I went down there in person and was told that we needed to fill out a paper preapplication So far very very unimpressed We requested an application and after not receiving one I tried calling the leasing office four times the same day Later that day I went down there in person and was told that we needed to fill out a paper preapplication before we could fill out an application because it was tax credit housing the secret of why the rent seems so low No offer to tour an apartment at allnnThe leasing office was quite large but there was just one lady there in the middle of the afternoon on a weekday When I asked her about not answering the phone she said she had to do something on the property which begs the question Is she the only person who actually works there I wouldnt have even gone through all the trouble if a family member wasnt hell bent on wanting to live there Id mark this place a pass Too difficult to deal with for most working people Save yourself the trouble more ... hide ...
