My mother lives there and i feel she is in a pretty safe place the staff are friendly and they always make any repairs

My mother in law has been living there for almost 3 years now and has never been late on her rent She has been complaining as well as calling the police about the man that lives above her playing his guitar and being loud all hours of the night But My mother in law has been living there for almost 3 years now and has never been late on her rent She has been complaining as well as calling the police about the man that lives above her playing his guitar and being loud all hours of the night But the apartment manager continues to tell her shes doing the best that she can which is nothing Quiet time is at 1100 pm but apparently it doesnt apply to him Hes been keeping her and everyone under him up all hours of the night being loud and the manager does nothing about it The last manager tried to speak to him about it and he called her the n word so she resigned to keep from dealing with him I wouldnt want my parents living in a place where certain tenants are allowed to disturb others that pay their rent like everyone else more ... hide ...
