The women who answered the phone today was rude condescending and disrespectful You can loose many excellent potential residents with this behavior You have lost this one

My mom and sister lived here for 3 years Their dishwasher leaked several times and maintenance was not able to fix it They ordered a new one in March but It never came in My sister did not have a dishwasher for 6 months still was not fixed when sh My mom and sister lived here for 3 years Their dishwasher leaked several times and maintenance was not able to fix it They ordered a new one in March but It never came in My sister did not have a dishwasher for 6 months still was not fixed when she moved out The apartment was infested with roaches Exterminator was not allowed in the building due to the pandemic for 5 months When he was finally allowed in to spray he as not able to get the problem under control When my sister moved out they did not return the security deposit because they had to replace the carpet I thought replacing the carpet after 3 years was normal wear and tear Management did not return phone calls The internet was also down for 1 month No adjustment to rent for dishwasher not working internet not working or big infestation Not the beat customer support more ... hide ...
