Ive lived here for 8 years the best apartments ever this place is filled with amazing people and memories thank you for being such a great company i hope to see you again soon

My daughter rented a unit here recently and when I say the unit she moved in was very nasty I could not believe such filthyness. They had her sign all paperwork before she did her walk through and by law this kind of behMy daughter rented a unit here recently and when I say the unit she moved in was very nasty I could not believe such filthyness. They had her sign all paperwork before she did her walk through and by law this kind of behavior is unacceptable. The walls was not painted and the carpet was not cleaned however the office rep advised her that she had already billed once for cleaning the carpet which clearly was not cleaned so therefore that would be stealing from the company I say. You would think since this cov19 is serious they would have followed the proper guidelines before placing a young family in harms way. I will be seeking further action for my daughter and grandchildren because this is very wrong.more ...hide ...

Very disappointed as to how this place runs a community of senior citizens. When they cannot \"make you leave\" they will conjure up stories that they DO NOT LEGALLY HAVE TO REVEAL the source of where they got the \"information\" then they can have the law step in and have it to where you can not step foot on the property. ALL BASED ON??? Have the care removed from the widowed and just hope they now MOVE out. Where will they go? Next tennent please...more ...hide ...
