This review is in regards to a Dr Chapman and Nurse Devin male took a controlled substance from an individual who had a lengthy and painful surgey The medication was subscribed by a doctor to that specific patient Nurse Devin allegedly took the medic This review is in regards to a Dr Chapman and Nurse Devin male took a controlled substance from an individual who had a lengthy and painful surgey The medication was subscribed by a doctor to that specific patient Nurse Devin allegedly took the medication from the patient who has no prior issues nor addiction ever with this type of medication Both Dr Chapman and Nurse Devin male have denied to respond to these allegations and have in fact lied to the family who is relayed to this patient All of the calls were recorded legally and in two of the calls the medical staff stated they didnt have the DEA number assigned to their own establishmentDoctor more ... hide ...
