My mother lives in this apartment complex When she moved in her apartment the apartment was very filthy and not cleaned the microwave looked as though it had something that blowed up in it the fridge was dirty handle broke and made a loud noise The d My mother lives in this apartment complex When she moved in her apartment the apartment was very filthy and not cleaned the microwave looked as though it had something that blowed up in it the fridge was dirty handle broke and made a loud noise The dishwasher and garbage disposal smelled foul and made the apartment stinkthe whole apartment reaked of cigarettes I had to help my mom clean the apartment before she could move in and it was liveable My mom has lived there for a year and has constantly been harassed by the lady below her about any and everything because she absolutely hates life She complains on my mother to the manager Sandra who is bipartual to sides The manager is unprofessional and does not take the time to hear out the other parties tenant side She is sneaky and will put a violationeviction notice on the door and than run and avoids trying to talk about the situation Several of the tenants that live at this apartment complex are very nosy drama filled hateful nasty people and try to make others lifes miserable they will lie off their butts on you If they do not like who lives near them they will cause trouble for you and lie to the manager to get you evicted the manager believes them and does not hear out the other tenants side of the sittuation Ive observe the landlord with other tenants or wouldbe tenants and see a big difference between how she wrongfully treats my mother The manager Sandra needs to change her practices and the way she manages and treatsruns a apartment complex for elderly innocent people If you have rules regulations set out than all tenants need to follow them not just the ones you dislike and show favoritism with other tenants and force stricter rules on one tenant but not the other Honestly the manager needs to be investigated for being racist treating a tenant differently than they would anyone else discriminate against ones disability religious belief being heavily biased toward a tenant who she does not particularly like and does not make as much as the other tenantsnThe apartment complex should be run as a tenantlandlord relationship to be a business matter bound by a contract not a friendship bipartial to other tenants relationship kind of ordeal like it is nownApparently the current property manager is some devious apartment manager who are in need of a reality check or a different occupation because you do not get away with testing others like that more ... hide ...
