In one apartment, you have to wear shower shoes in the kitchen because the water has been leaking for so long that it is impossible to keep it up! They asked me not to use the downstairs restroom, but I could not wait and ended up using it, only to almost slip and fall (fortunately, I was lucky enough to not need my lawyer). The flooring has been damaged due to the water running underneath and ruining my nice slippers. The walls are visibly wet from the water and you can even hear it when you walk around (the attached pictures show this). The worst part, however, is that you can smell and see mold! When I asked if they had reported it, they said they had done so several times, but without any success. Maintenance does not seem to be doing anything, which is inexcusable. I placed my hand under the couch and, as expected, the carpet was soaked, which could have damaged the furniture. I told them that, although I was grateful for the dinner invite, I would not return until the water is properly extracted, dried, the leak is fixed and the mold is removed. They may not care about their health (which explains why they are always coughing), but I take mine seriously! From what I more ... hide ...

Ive never lived there but its very quiet very wellkept seems like a very nice place to live
