I have lived here seven months, this property is not being managed with high quality care. For instance, every time I have called the office early in the morning, I dont get a call back until the afternoon, sometimes in the last 45 minutes of the office closing. Secondly, there are geese, and dung all over the grass, parking lots, sidewalks, walking trail, and in the breezeways of the apartments. Also, upon walking out of my apartment the geese attempted to attack me and my dog, I was told by the property manager that it was nothing they can do about the geese, and that the geese have all the rights. This is UNCUSTOMARY. I spoke further with the regional manager, she told me she would look into other resourcesto see what she could have done about the geese, because it would cost too much to do it through the Wildlife Center. I called her back in two weeks, she told me she hadnt did anything and that she would have to wait until property manager get back to see what she say. What! I already know what she said. Furthermore, the lawn service is sloppy, they leave clumps of dead grass on top of the fresh cut grass, they cut some of the hedges that are located around the front windows, & porches, laundry facility, exercise facility, and the trash compactor. In addition, the lawn service came at 5:30pm Friday, September 25th, they were here until 9pm. (This is not the only time that this have happen). I woke up the next morning and saw dead grass all over the sidewalks, parking lots. Of course they didnt finish the lawn because it was dark, so, they left the lawn undone in the unfinished condition as I describe above, leaving my place of living with an unattractive appearance until they decide to get back to it. Today is Sunday, September 27th, its still undone. In addition, I couldnt get in laundry facility due to the sidewalk that leads to the door from the parking lot being covered with grass. This is UNCUSTOMARY. This time the lawn service left their lawn equipment parked on the property.Again, I have lived here for seven months, my experience is this, my concerns as a resident is no concern to the property manager, & regional manager, because these UNCUSTOMARY issues have not been corrected.Today, Monday, September 28th, lawn service got here at 6pm to finished the sloppy work they left on Friday, they were here being noisy blowing the breezeway, window seal, & porch at 9pm. The attitude seems to be this, just pay your rent, and abide by your lease, I dont care you do live here, Im going to make my money even if means disregarding you as a resident, this is causing unnecessary stress. Finally, this is low standard of care.
