My Mother and I visited HearthSide Sugarloaf recently to inquire about an apartment home for my Mother We met with Janice Patterson who was extremely friendly and very professional regarding my Mothers interest in an apartment home and the amenitiesMy Mother and I visited HearthSide Sugarloaf recently to inquire about an apartment home for my Mother We met with Janice Patterson who was extremely friendly and very professional regarding my Mothers interest in an apartment home and the amenities of the the facility The property looked immaculately maintained inside and outside We also had the pleasure of meeting the Maintenance Manager Rubin who was also very friendly and professional and really seemed to take pride in the maintenance and upkeep of the property My Mother and I were very impressed with the tour of facility the information provided regarding the apartments and Ms Patterson knowledge of the affordable housing industry for 62 applicants and tenants Both my Mother and I left the property excited about our visit My mother applied for an apartment home at HearthSide Sugarloaf immediately following our visit HearthSide Sugarloaf looks like a wonderful apartment home community with wonderful staff to support the needs of the 62 residents They really cater to the specific interests and needs of their Seniors residentsmore ...hide ...
HearthSide is a wonderful place to live according to my mom Rubin and John who does maintenance have been great Both are delight and courteous The entire staff has been wonderful

I am a male 51 yr old disabled vet I have 1 female litter box trained declawed cat and I use a DCA VASH voucher to subsidize my rent I am looking for an apartment costing no more than 533 monthly on my part and Vash will pay the remainder up to 1600 I am smoke drug free and prefer quiet and country life in a drama free environment I have no preference on apartment size but I can not use stairs so must be on the ground floor I would love to be able to have a dog as I am in the process of trying to get a service dog Must be in an apartment by May 25th 2022
