I moved in Feb 1 2022 It was a great experience and AFTER I got in and set downnI thought This is a mini penthouse I love it The people that helped me move where also impressed PS Cindy was great

I love my apartment and very nice neighbors here However the upkeep and maintenance has really gone down hill Inside of the building the carpet looks awful needs a paint job Baseboards and glass doors rarely cleaned Management is out more than in I love my apartment and very nice neighbors here However the upkeep and maintenance has really gone down hill Inside of the building the carpet looks awful needs a paint job Baseboards and glass doors rarely cleaned Management is out more than in Also they only want certain things on patios thats all about curb appeal I was told I had to get rid of my church birdhouse that was on my patio on an outdoor table I thought birdhouses were meant to be outdoors Also had to take down my outdoor patio art on my patio Gives an overwhelming feeling that they dont want you to feel like this is your home and thats sad more ... hide ...

I really like it here and I love my apartment management and maintenance are wonderful but the cats in this building are outrageous There are two and they seem to have the run of the building inside and out They belong to one tenant a small gray I really like it here and I love my apartment management and maintenance are wonderful but the cats in this building are outrageous There are two and they seem to have the run of the building inside and out They belong to one tenant a small gray one and a black one with white feetnOur community room is now locked One cat was seen roaming our kitchen area From my balcony I see these cats going in and out of the sewars by the curbnOne elderly tenant on the first floor is constantly shooing them off her patio furniture They have ruined her cushions She has to turn the cushions over on the good side when she wants to enjoy her balconynSometimes it seems like the cats have more rights here than the tenants more ... hide ...
