The place is nice I would live there except the residential management lady named Kim said theres a threeyear waiting list so I wouldnt even waste my time trying to get on the threeyear waiting list

He then phoned me and I ran there and demanded they call the ambulance and from there he was taken to the hospital and admitted. Now they sent a bill for $397 and I called my Dad's insurance company and I was told today that when the insurance company called yesterday, he was instructed to call back after 3pm today. When the insurance company called them today he said some lady named Jasmine was impolite and that no one from the billing office is available. What kind of place is this! You send out bills but you don't want to communicate with the insurance company regarding the bill YOU sent?
