I have lodged a complaint with the pertinent body concerning my Dad's stay there. My Dad left on February 19, 2022 due to having difficulty breathing and when he pushed the call button TWICE...nobody came to look in on him. He then got out of bed...and went to the entrance and still no one came to him. He then called 911 from his cell phone and the 911 operator asked him the address and he did not know it and just then a nurse "showed up" so he asked her for the address and she told him to "google it!" He then phoned me and I ran there and demanded they call the ambulance and from there he was taken to the hospital and admitted. Now they sent a bill for $397 and I called my Dad's insurance company and I was told today that when the insurance company called yesterday, he was instructed to call back after 3pm today. When the insurance company called them today he said some lady named Jasmine was impolite and that no one from the billing office is available. What kind of place is this! You send out bills but you don't want to communicate with the insurance company regarding the bill YOU sent? I give this place ZERO stars, I had to choose a star in order to post this!more ...hide ...
