I was told my apartment number when I first done the application i was told to pick up my keys in May its now July I have turn in all documents required I have walked through and toured my apartment still the run arounds
I was told my apartment number when I first done the application i was told to pick up my keys in May its now July I have turn in all documents required I have walked through and toured my apartment still the run arounds they dont have a property manager only a property assistance manager that tries his best to get paperwork right based on the following still havent moved i even got the credit bureau paid and got my credit bills straight still no where to live theyare suppose to be based on income so whats taking so long all my place needed was carpet cleaning, new blinds, new appliances, and painting i wanted my carpet token up due to upper respiratory infections that carry dust mites in the carpet. But I still dont understand why they have not yet contact me for whatever reason I have made it my job to go by theyre office everyday just to make sure business is getting handled from my understanding employees arent even getting their paychecks.

Property manager is very rude, unprofessional a liar and doesnt conduct business well. She will not provide you with the number to corporate although she isnt the owner and Im sure the owners know th type of manager they hired which shows tgeir lack of respect for their tenants. We have no idea how the owners are because you never see them nor or they able to be reached which is why their manager feels untouchable trying to do illegal evictions on people and placing bands on people.
