The viewing was pleasant and the property management seems competent The properties were well cared for and affordable

I have recently signed a lease to Tall Grass Ive had to call and call to get any information out of them Not only am I constantly attempting to get information Nobody seems to be able to give me an actual answer Ive had multiple times where Ive talke I have recently signed a lease to Tall Grass Ive had to call and call to get any information out of them Not only am I constantly attempting to get information Nobody seems to be able to give me an actual answer Ive had multiple times where Ive talked on the phone with someone and they say they will email me the information yet I get nothing You would think paying all of these extra fees for management you would get some better customer service Im extremely dissatisfied in the customer service I finally was able to get the information I needed from the landlord but even they seemed annoyed of being contacted I hope anyone else choosing to live here receives a better experience then I have thus far more ... hide ...

Hannah is a fantastic manager She was amazing to work with when my daughter and I were living at the apartments until we found our home in Spirit Lake Also the apartments are very nice If anyone is looking to rent give Hannah a call

I would love to have my own place some day
