Between May 2017-2019, the property went through four distinct landlords without notifying the tenants, so I would send emails to the last landlord I interacted with and either never receive a response or have to reiterate past issues to the new administration. What's more, someone was seldom present in the office, making it a full week's work to get a package or hand in paperwork. The buildings themselves are not ideal either; they are not ADA compliant, meaning no lift to move heavy objects or to accommodate visitors with disabilities. The buzzer system is also deficient, so you have to open the door manually to let people in. Mail/package delivery staff sometimes have a key to the building, but I had parcels sent to the primary office (as it was meant to be done) as well as returned to the post office, delivered to an arbitrary drop location in a dry cleaner, and left at the wrong place and stolen. Moreover, the air conditioning/heating is noisy and does not work well. We bought both personal fans and a space heater. more ... hide ...
