We are homeless there are 4 of us two adults and two children No income as of right now but once we have a home we can get jobs in the area we are currently living out of our car while the children stay with their grandmother We could really use this place Please let me know what I need to do for an application as I am sure we will be approved and we can get whatever cash we need down for it as well I really need this so my kids can come home I tried public housing and never heard back Please **full.name.hidden**Holz and Jesse Nelson **phone#**hidden** no lets kids are 9 and 11 good tenants no issues we like the town homes but anything you have at this point would work

They react quickly to complaints. They also are preventive by inspecting the Apts and doing regular bug spraying and general maintenance.Residents Are at fault to a certain degree. A few could do better in preventing problems by not \"shopping\" from dumpsters, or pouring cooking grease/oil down the drains. That is begging for bedbugs and clogged&backed up plumbing!!One resident consistently not acting responsibility causes problems for a whole lot of people, and causes the blame to fall on staff who are working hard to do right & to clean up inconsiderate actions before they hurt everyone else. more ... hide ...
