After that, I smelled gas and heard a flicker, and then my apartment was ablaze. There was only one fire extinguisher at the other end of the hallway which none of the residents were aware of, and even on the top floor there was an undersized fire extinguisher. COMPLETELY UNSECURE! They tried to keep it hushed up and wouldn't let me into my apartment to collect my belongings and take pictures as evidence of faulty wiring. Furthermore, if you enjoy the smell of meth and other illicit drugs and having your car tampered with, as well as finding condoms on your door knob when you return from work (all with pictures!), nothing was done about it; it was swept under the carpet. When I moved in January 2017, meth was found in a bag on the second floor, but no cops were involved, the manager just left; no further investigation was conducted. Be wary when renting, since they will charge you crazy amounts, and when you query them, they will say it's written down somewhere, even though you have a copy and have kept everything! The most questionable place to live in Indianola! Meth is rampant and all they care about is money.more ...hide ...

Such a great place to live, the tenants and the staff are very friendly, maintenance and office staff are very responsive when things need fixed and take pride in their jobs every single day!!
