I have looked for a new home in Cedar Rapids since the first if the year. Calls, messages left, on site visits. No one seemed to want to work with me or respond to someone outside the Cedar Rapids to secure a place to live until I communicated with and stopped by Grand Ridge Apartments. Cody the manager has been excellent. I saw the actual apartment I will live in...Grand Ridge has a the amenities I wanted including a garage near my home and a security deposit will hold my home until the move this summer. Thank you Cody for ur excellent customer service and the willingness of Grand Ridge to work with someone who needs a new home in Cedar Rapids. Of all the rentals Ive stayed in over my lifetime I have to say that Granite Valley has the most friendly, helpful, caring staff. Of all the rentals Ive stayed in over my lifetime I have to say that Granite Valley has the most friendly, helpful, caring staff. They often offer fun events and opportunities for residents, which is an added bonus to living in a well maintained community. The property is pet friendly and even has a dog park. Theres plenty of room to walk dogs in spacious grassy areas too. Residents can make use of a nice community grill area and a playground for the kids. During the chilly Iowa winters I really appreciate the prompt attention to snow removal. No need to worry about plowing or shoveling here as its taken care of for you! It is nice to be within walking distance of shopping and dining too but the property feels more suburban than urban.more ...hide ...
