First and foremost I love this bridge Ive grown up with this bridge Ive taken a bike and car across this bridge It is beautiful and historical and everything weve all grown to love about the iconic Blue Bridge The only difference Cars are legally all First and foremost I love this bridge Ive grown up with this bridge Ive taken a bike and car across this bridge It is beautiful and historical and everything weve all grown to love about the iconic Blue Bridge The only difference Cars are legally allowed to go both ways at 25mph In what must have been some sort of sadistic joke by the city of Grand Rapids Road Commission there is bicycle paint on the road Put there so that anyone who would actually be stupid enough to bike in this space completely given to vehicles that could take their life in an instant they could get a thrill Seriously to anyone who would be reading this we have bridges for cars a half a mile north and south that would give at the most a 12 minute bump to your drivennI will change my star rating the instant this becomes a pedestrian bridge Otherwise this is a 1star bridge with limitless potential more ... hide ...

Note to my skateboarders when going on this bridges the sidewalk is made of wood If you want to risk it for the biscuit and take the road beware of the large divot at the start and end I can jump it but if youre not able to dont try
