The maintenance staff is fine, but to get anything done, you have to go through the maintenance technician, who dispatches the crew; you practically have to genuflect before your problem is deemed worthy of a visit. Finally, what prompted me to post a review: On 2/12/22, due to a problem in an upstairs unit, my bathroom and the second bedroom (I was using as a TV/guest room) sustained extensive water damage; I personally dumped 25 gallons of water (dripping from the bathroom fan) down the tub drain. My bathroom linens and IKEA futon were ruined; the maintenance guy said someone would show up on 2/14/22 to pull back the carpet, replace the padding, and clean the carpet (I have yet to hear from anyone about this). However, I was informed (via e-mail--how cowardly) that I have to submit the damages through MY renters insurance, instead of the upstairs tenants renters insurance; after PMmore ...hide ...
