When I called to ask some general questions about my previous rental history, the person I spoke with (whose name I do not know) was very rude and unhelpful. She accused me of lying and said that I had caused problems in the past. However, when I asked her to give me the information about which apartment I had rented, she said she didn't know. 3 times I have notified them of a leak on my roof 3 bad storms later still using buckets to keep my apartment dry

They do not fix things and need some major updates Cabinets r horrible
