To begin with, you're paying more than a thousand dollars and dealing with neighbors who catcall you. On top of that, the carpeting comes off in clumps. If you're using a vacuum, you'll have strings of carpet getting stuck in it. They don't handle tenant disputes well--they'll stab you in the back and make sure you're to blame for any broken items. If the water heater breaks, it's your fault and they'll take months to replace it. And if you submit a service request, you'll have to wait a month for a response, and another month for them to show up. Don't trust the lease when it comes to the washer and dryer--you'll have to fix them yourself. Plus, they won't fix anything before you move in--when we toured the unit, the landlord was aware that a few lights weren't functioning, yet they still weren't working three weeks later. The management is rude and should not be dealing with people. The number of potholes that could result in a lawsuit is outrageous. And, to top it all off, if you don't park your car next to another car (because your neighbor has four more ... hide ...

Have to pay 75 dollars for trash internet that doesnt even go into the bedrooms and even close to the Internet Box the internet is still bad

I absolutely love living here The office staff is so wonderful Telisa and Ivy are always so helpful in answering questions and anytime something breaks maintenance is quick to get it fixed 1010 would recommend living here
