Rent raised each year, sometimes substantially. 2019 rent raised by $45 per month to $920 for 1 BR apt. But if you have a housing voucher, its a good place to live.

The tenants I know that live here have very little on their complaint lists and enjoy the location and closeness to the east village and government buildings.
