I did not have a positive experience living in this building. The conditions were okay at first, but then the new landlord came in and changed everything. I lived there for almost 3 years. I shouldnt have moved. Its a clean and organized place to stay. Its a HUD building (2 buildings) with rent based on your income. Pop machines, snack machines are in the community room in each building. Free antenna TV. Mail received in your building. Two washers/dryers in each building, reasonably priced. Lots of grass area & a picnic table at each building, plus a BBQ for everyones use. Kitchen in community room, living area (social) upstairs. Handicap units downstairs.
