The staff at Spruce and Oakland Pointe are amazing They were all very helpful The complexes are also kept clean and tidy

Oakland Pointe top floor one bedroom I lived here for around 2 years Reason I left was because I wanted a second bedroom in unit laundry and hopefully a better cooling unit There was a single wall unit that did pretty good with cooling the living are Oakland Pointe top floor one bedroom I lived here for around 2 years Reason I left was because I wanted a second bedroom in unit laundry and hopefully a better cooling unit There was a single wall unit that did pretty good with cooling the living area but it never made its way in to the bedroom or kitchen I used a fan to push it down the hall to get to the bedroom but summer nights were pretty rough Im really glad there were ceiling fans which helped Overall it was a great experience The people were nice and easy to work with Maintenance was easy to put in an order and schedule and they were always prompt about fixing anything I never used the fitness room or the pool but that was an option at least I enjoyed the lower electric bill It was higher in the summer but averaged around 3035 a month All in all if I for some reason needed to find a place and quickly and Oakland Pointe had an apartment I would move back more ... hide ...
