I have lived here for 3 years. Its been a great place. No place is perfect but Ive lived other places and Martin Towers is one of my favorites. The apartment I have is spacious and comfortable. The apartment I have is spacious and comfortable. Central heat and air. Utilities included in the rent. This is a HUD property. Tenants pay subsidized rent based on income. You must be diabled or elderly to apply here. All the tenants are adults but family and friends are always welcome. Grandchildren In My case! I have met great friends, there is a community room and an on sit coin operated laundry room. The bus station is a block away. All of this in a historical building. It may not be everyones cup of tea but I like it nomore ...hide ...
