Know someone who received charges living there and was evicted. There have been others living there that have received the same charges and were not evicted. Hmm...depends who you are! Hmm...depends who you are! Also, after they were evicted, Sundance keeps the deposit. Also have to add the apt. wasnt even vacuumed, and the walls werent even painted!!! The apt. was left CLEANER then when this person moved in!!! Watch the parking lot snow in the winter...you better have tall snow boots if it snows alot!more ...hide ...
