I have been deprived of air conditioning for over a month. I was provided with a so-called "energy-saving portable wall unit," however, my electricity bill doubled. I inquired about the possibility of leaving early because of the lack of AC, to which the office manager answered that if I returned my keys by the first, I could go. That was two days before the first. The temperature was so high that I had to stay in a hotel and when I asked to be remunerated, all I received was a $30 rent credit which was quite an insult. When I returned home from work, the elevator was broken again. Garbage was stored in a closet on every floor, which was supposed to be emptied today. As I had to take the stairs, all the trash was piled up in the hallway! It was disgusting and smelt terrible. Management seemed to be unable to do anything about any of my issues. I contacted corporate and am still waiting for a response. I work in the multifamily housing industry and understand that certain things can happen, however, I am appalled at the poor customer service and care these people have for their tenants. I wanted to write this review weeks ago, however, I was reluctant to be "that person." I would not recommend renting from this company.more ...hide ...

I lived here for one year, and upon moving in there was a bed bug issue in a neighbors apartment, however I never had any issues with them in my apartment. That was up until right before my lease was due to be renewed, II lived here for one year, and upon moving in there was a bed bug issue in a neighbors apartment, however I never had any issues with them in my apartment. That was up until right before my lease was due to be renewed, I noticed I was getting bit quite often, but thought it may have been the huge spiders in my apartment. Come to find out, it was bed bugs. I was in constant communication with the manager who brushed it off and barely responded to my emails, or phone calls. They also do not have a maintenance person for the entire building, so there are things that are broke in my apartment such as my shower handle, which does not turn all the way to hot, so my water is Luke warm, as well there are sockets that do not work in my kitchen. overall, this was a nice place to live at first and then it went down hill. There are perks to living here, but bed bugs takes the cake for me. I had to throw all of my beds and my expensive furniture and move into another clean place. I wouldn€™t even give them a one star. I would not recommend moving here.more ...hide ...
