The Rose of Dubuque has great apartments, most of the residents there are friendly and helpful. The food is uneatable and the administration rules with an iron hand. The owner & directer go by the theory, \"if you dont like it there, move\". They also go by \"If yur going to act like children, you will be treated like children.\" The director has her degree in child psychology and uses it on the residents as if they are children.
