Unfortunately, there were a lot of things I didn't appreciate: the sidewalk was often flooded so badly that it was coming into my place, the playground apparatus was in disrepair, the pet fees were extremely expensive - a non-refundable payment of $300, plus $20 for the first animal and an extra $10 for each additional pet per month. Additionally, there was a lot of trouble in the area, from fighting to attempted stabbing to name calling. We even found drugs close to our vehicle, but Ashley the Property Manager didn't even seem worried that my two-year-old or any other small child could have got a hold of them. Furthermore, they kept getting rid of any good Assistant Property Managers they had. Nothing was done about the mildew in my bathroom, and I could go on and on. The only thing I liked, apart from the apartment itself, was my neighbors. They promised me that when we moved here from the west, it would be a better place for my family and I, but it wasn't. I ended up having a baby in November and, on the same day, someone tried to stab somebody. Then, the following day, there was a verbal altercation that almost became physical and a fire broke out in an apartment due to electrical issues. Lastly, the same tenants almost ran someone over, almost hitting some kids in the process.more ...hide ...
