I have been a resident of River Walk for over three and a half years and it has gone beyond my expectations in every sense. Its location is the envy of every other apartment complex in Boise, situated right on the Boise River greenbelt and a mile awa I have been a resident of River Walk for over three and a half years and it has gone beyond my expectations in every sense. Its location is the envy of every other apartment complex in Boise, situated right on the Boise River greenbelt and a mile away from the downtown area. I walk or bike a lot, so I'm in paradise; even if you drive, you'll find that everything is nearby. I'm aware of people who have been living here since River Walk opened and they still love it; I'm also aware of individuals who left, but when they returned to Boise, they also returned to River Walk. Every time I'm on my balcony looking at the river and those who are passing by, I often hear people admiring how great it would be to live in 'those apartments'. They are absolutely right. Before moving here, I lived in a condo and a few apartments, none of which were as soundproof as River Walk. It's very peaceful. The few times I've had minor maintenance issues, the team took care of it in no time. Rachel, who is running the office, is very responsive, efficient, friendly, and has a serene attitude. She is an invaluable asset to River Walk. The property is well taken care of; the grass, flowers, and flowering trees give justice to River Walk's position near the river. Rachel, Sonny, and the rest of the team are proud of their work, and I'm thankful that I have more ... hide ...
