I have lived at the Vista Apartments in Soda Springs, Idaho for a little over three years. I have found the manager Kim Lish to be very fair. The apartment was neat and clean when I moved in and if I decide to buy a homeI have lived at the Vista Apartments in Soda Springs, Idaho for a little over three years. I have found the manager Kim Lish to be very fair. The apartment was neat and clean when I moved in and if I decide to buy a home in the future the manager has a history of being fair upon move out. The grounds are always kept up, look nice and never any trash. The Maintenance man Chet does an amazing job if there is a problem. I called Kim one time because my kitchen faucet was leaking and Chet was in and out before the day was over. Chet seems to have a soft spot for kids so that€™s an added bonus. I highly recommend the Vista Apartments in Soda Springs, Idaho.more ...hide ...
