It has a laundry room w/t.v. too. It has an elevator. At the entrance inside is the office and another room w/furniture, T.V. and cable for residents. It is very quite and peace full. It has a tree and small pond in the middle of it inside in the basement. For being in Nampa it is an original Apt building.
