An important organization in the Caldwell community which, along with running the facilities at Farmway Village, takes time to advocate for fair and affordable housing for all. Their Board of Trustees works very hard in An important organization in the Caldwell community which, along with running the facilities at Farmway Village, takes time to advocate for fair and affordable housing for all. Their Board of Trustees works very hard in this area. Im thankful to the Executive Director of CHA -- Mike Dittenber -- for taking some time out of his busy schedule to talk to me (a recent college grad) about opportunities for interfaith cooperatives to get involved in local community service and fair housing work. It was encouraging to hear him speak so highly of his employees and co-workers and the Farmway community itself. He clearly values the people he serves as well as the people he works with.
