I have moved out of these units but the time that I was living here was subpar interms of management the unit itselfnLow income housing they dont really care much about the people that live there and wont come to fix your stuff even if your carpet i I have moved out of these units but the time that I was living here was subpar interms of management the unit itselfnLow income housing they dont really care much about the people that live there and wont come to fix your stuff even if your carpet is soaked or your showers are dripping through the pipes Appliances are extremely outdated the dishwasher in my unit was rusty and they refused to replace it other fixes were Jerry rigged but never properly fixed several units have water heaters that allegedly willhave exploded Rotating managers sometimes hostile who never really care 4 inspections a year which are super thorough be prepared to fail a few times sometimes beyond a typical is the apartment damaged inspection They might ask you to rearrange all our furniture or get rid of outdoor plant holders because they are not matching the other outdoor decor on your tiny patio One manager drew a line through all of the boxes in our inspection and failed us even though several of the boxes were not applicable to us again they dont care Another manager threw our doctors notes and paperwork for our emotional needs animals away and threatened to have us removed from the units for our pets we still had the documents and she was upset when we provided her with them again The environment felt hostile and the police ambulance were there regularly The dumpsters were downgraded around 20152016 to smaller dumpsters to save money but they fill up really quickly and people often have to wait until the day after trash day to throw things away the unfortunate part is they were threatening to charge 50 for people caught throwing away trash if it was too full The unit used to be sprayed for pests and it seems like they do not do that anymore The yard service now only includes the lawn itself other areas are negelected and filled with weeds Neighborhood is fine access to parks the library and a few schools Its unfortunate that this place wasnt as nice as advertised Again its low income housing and you get what you get in that situation but I still believe that low income families deserve better especially since this is one of the better low income properties in pocatello chubbuck more ... hide ...
