This place evicted me the day I got home from an emergency C-Section. Rent was paid, bills paid They assumed I moved someone in (my daughter that was there to help with my birth) No communication just an eviction...I called to talk to Kona. She is sugary sweet when signing the lease then turns utterly nasty!!! Be careful renting from such crooked people. They are only worried about filling units and turnover for the bonuses. I was there for only a few short months.more ...hide ...

Very kind, compassionate when dealing with all tenants. They even knew my puppy and often stopped to have a chat with him. My issue with this company lies higher up. I knew I would probably be moving out when my lease was up, but wasnt for sure when Amanda approached me about renewing my lease in January. At that time she started telling me that my lease was up April 30th. It seemed as if, each time we passed, she would ask if I had finished filling out my paperwork because my lease was up April 30th. In the end, I, unfortunately was unable to stay at Partridge and turned in my notification as to when I would be leaving. After speaking with Amanda it was decided April 30th would be my last day and I would turn in my keys the Friday before. Why April 30th? Because that was the date that had been repeatedly told to me as the day my lease was up. BUT apparently I signed my lease on May 17th of last year, so, my real date should have been May 17th. I made the mistake of going with the date that was given to me, over and over, by Amanda, instead of pulling out my lease agreement and checking the date. Now the company is claiming that I broke the lease, that I need to pay up to May 17th, instead of honoring the information given by their employee, over a 4 month period and leaving the date as April 30th. They are keeping my deposit and claiming I owe them $77. I cant even speak with someone about the issue because they are either not there or wont answer your calls and messages. I have been told thsst I need to speak with Andy. I have called several times over the last week and a half and have been sent to Andys voicemail. I have left several messages, he has not returned any of them. Others in the office have sent Andy emails for me asking him to get in touch with me, he has not called me. He did send an email to Amanda telling her to tell me it goes by the lease date and thats that...tough cookies. Its poor customer service to refuse to call a customer back. I felt like by sending an email to Amanda, ANDY was basicly saying that Im not worth his time, that Amanda just needs to deal with the issue.I feel that ANDY has made the wrong choice. My lease my say May 17th, but the property manager repeatedly told me April 30th. I would have stayed until May 17th. Now Im out my $300 deposit, which I dearly needed. And Im left facing a decision, do I take this matter to small claims court. Thats not my character at all, but I truly feel like Parkridge Park Apartments is in 100% in the wrong!more ...hide ...
