I have lived at Ridgeview for almost 3 years Management is unprofessional and scatter brained 99 of the time I constantly get notices on my door reminding me of rules and lease violations Once received a lease violation for being parked on the line i I have lived at Ridgeview for almost 3 years Management is unprofessional and scatter brained 99 of the time I constantly get notices on my door reminding me of rules and lease violations Once received a lease violation for being parked on the line in the parking lot which is extremely crowded anyway The maintenance man comes into my apartment without any notice I was confused as to why I was finding my Amazon packages INSIDE my apartment when I was got home then I ran into the UPS man who told me he had been giving them to my maintenance man I understand that this is section 8 and we are subject to rules and inspections but at one point I had inspections once a month for 6 months straight They would come in and tell me stuff like I need to dust my heaters clean my oven clean the light fixtures I felt like they were the housekeeping police There have been 2 occasions when I received a notice of eviction for absolutely nothing and when I confronted management about it very upset by the way they have explained that they use this as a tactic to get tenants to come to the office and complete paperwork in a timely manner My paperwork and records have been lost and misplaced too many times to count They have asked me to sign paperwork with false information on it or sign things that they could not even explain to me You cannot reach the main office for Tomlinson and Associates if you have an issue you may only leave a voicemail and each time I have had to leave several and wait several days for a call back I have had to turn Tomlinson and Ridgeview into HUD as well as the Better Business Bureau to get issues resolved in the past The units are nice and if you have no other options this is a suitable place however I would ONLY recommend it to someone as a LAST resort for TEMPORARY housing Cant wait to get out of here myself more ... hide ...
